Whether, shielded, vulnerable, quarantined or in a local lockdown, Covid 19 means that a good many of us have and will be in isolation at some point.
The Problem With Happiness
Ask almost anyone what they want for themselves and they will tell you they want to be happy. On the face of it this seems a reasonable enough aspiration that we can all understand and agree with.

There are 3 factors that influence our health, genetics, environment and behaviour. Whilst science chips away at understanding the genome, produces vaccinations and educates us with regard to hygiene; it is in our behaviour that we have the most and easiest influence over our health.
